The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator/Driver coordinates and assists shipping and receiving workers in related activities ensuring accuracy, completeness, and that conditions of shipments are within the scope of Clair's mission and core values. The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will also ensure all deliveries are safely and efficiently done on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Prepare, pack, and document outgoing shipments
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipping logs
• Load and unload materials using forklifts or pallet jacks
• Conduct local or regional deliveries and pickups using company vehicles
• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Coordinate with internal departments to support operational needs

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required, unless specified)
• Prior experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy items
• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
