JOB SUMMARY:

The Data/Production Services Technician coordinates daily logistical operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution for the Clair Data Services department.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Maintain network gear in line with company standards
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure equipment is allocated accurately
• Update department documentation for technical procedures and processes
• Organize warehousing of gear
• Pack and Prep / Unpack and de-prep equipment
• General Warehouse duties

Essential Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse
• Proactive learner; willing to research and learn technical info about intercom/radio gear
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Eagerness to learn technical components of communications and network equipment
• Creative problem solver
• Must be able to do physical work lifting equipment, packing trunks, loading trucks, etc.
• Experience in IT and Networking is a plus
